Drunken Prawns is very easy and fast dish to cook and serve.
Marination Ingredients :
1.Fresh 14-16 Tiger Prawns
3.Ginger Garlic Paste
4.Red chili powder
5. Turmeric Powder
Other Ingredients :
- Soya Sauce
- Black Pepper
Special ingredients :
Old Monk Rum
The game of making drunk of prawns :
1 Clean those prawns and rinse them thoroughly.
Marinate the prawns in lemon and salt and add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder and leave for 30 minutes.
2.Add oil in pan, when its hot add prawns to it and add cornflower.
3.Fry them till it becomes golden brown,
4.Take out prawns add a little more oil to the pan,
5.Onion, capsicum, chopped garlic and tomato or can be added any other vegetables,
6.Add soya sauce, vinegar, crushed black pepper
Don’t fry for long
7.Add the prawn
8.Stir them properly
9.Add old monk (half a cup), let them settle
Cook for 5 minutes and it is done.
You can prepare salad also.
Serve with rice to your friends and enjoy the moment.
No: It can be served as a starter as well as a side dish with rice.
